Dark Souls: The Board Game - Explorers Expansion

Those who explore the world of Dark Souls must be prepared for the dangers that lurk around every corner. From the rank-and-file knights and undead warriors to singular, powerful enemies that would try the skill of any hero to the very treasure chests that should grant these heroes boons, there is no shortage of peril in these dark lands.

New adventures await in the Explorers expansion, with new enemies, new encounter cards utilizing those enemies, and new treasure cards for characters to discover along their adventure. Components for one new mini boss encounter and one new main boss encounter further enhances players' options and provide fresh challenges.

This expansion also includes 18 terrain miniatures to replace all of the gravestone, barrel, bonfire, and treasure chest tokens from the base game while the new Mimic ambush rules mean each chest could turn into a dangerous (but rewarding) foe!
