New Website Launch & FAQ
We're happy to announce the launch of our new website!
Here's the answers to some questions you may have:
1. Q - I have store credit! Can I use that online?
A - YES! Just create your account on the new site. Let us know what email address you used to register, and we will apply all of your store credit to your online account. You will then be able to use any store credit you may have during online checkout.
2. Q - If a MTG card is not showing as available online, does that really mean you are out of stock?
A - No! We are working our best to get all of our MTG inventory online, but haven't quite got it all yet. We have hundreds of thousands of cards to input. We add more each day, and will get them all online as soon as possible. For now, there many cards we have in stock that aren't showing up online yet. If a card you are looking for shows out of stock online, please call, email us, or come in and we will be happy to check for you.
3. Q - The buylist price seems a little off, or the total changed since I submitted it?
A - There can be a couple reasons for this. First, there are currently more than 20,000 unique Magic cards, to which hundreds are added each year. It would be impossible for us to manually check price on all of these each day. So we use a program to sync with TCGPlayer market price! TCGPlayer Market Price is one of the best resources and is usually pretty accurate, but can sometimes be a little out of a date. If a card has recently spiked, but TCG market hasn't caught up yet, We will adjust the submitted buylist offer to reflect the current price. So the buylist offer could end up being higher than you expected.
Another reason the offer might change is grading. Sometimes someone will try and sell us a card they may think is "LP", but when we inspect it, it turns out the card has actually been eaten by their dog, bent in half, and has a corner missing.
We will always let you know on any submitted buylist offer changes, and you can decide if you still want to sell.
4. Q - Do you offer Curbside Pick Up or Local Delivery?
A - YES! Local Delivery and curbside are both available. You can select what option you would like during checkout. For Delivery, please make sure your address is within 10 minute drive of the store. We Deliver on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Same Day delivery for any orders places before 12pm.
For curbside please select "In store pick up", and then call us once you are here, and we will bring your order out to you.
5. Q - What about long distance shipping?
A - We are currently working with our shipping partners to get the best rates for you! At this time only pick up and local delivery are available. However, shipping will be available online soon. If you need immediate shipping before then, please contact us and we can help you!
6. Q - I love your site! But am having trouble with some part of it, or have a suggestion on a new feature I would like to see added. How can I talk to you about it?
